Jim, his wife, and their two children live in Boonton Township. As owner and president of Integrity Remodeling, LLC, Jim has built the company from the ground up. He has learned every aspect of the construction business from inside out over the last 32 years. He started at a young age working as part of a large family business. He worked hanging gutters for years and then moved on to siding. He improved his valuable skills and eventually began selling and running the residential division of the business with annual revenues of $7 million.  Jim fulfilled his dream of owning his own business and went out on his own to start Integrity Remodeling, LLC in 2004.
